LearningCITI: creating a downtown learning precinct in Winnipeg Manitoba.
LearningCITI is a joint project of The University of Winnipeg, Red River College, the Centre for Aboriginal Human Resource Development, and Smart Partners of Manitoba. LearningCITI stands for Learning Computer and Information Technology Infrastructure.
Mission: to establish a wireless corridor that will support the development, empowerment and enablement, and quality of life of people living in, working in, and/or visiting Winnipeg's downtown core.
